Arkley Cricket Club v Roving Reporters (Roy Watts Memorial Game) on Sat 18 Jun 2016 at 1.00pm
Arkley Cricket Club Lost by 2 wickets

Match report After last year's washout, this year's game achieved a two-wickets win for Roving Reporters, who become the current holders of the Roy Watts Memorial Trophy.

In a low scoring match only one batsman on either side, Jega Sittampalam for Arkley and Derek Weist for RR's, got into double figures.

Several good bowling performances, Steve Watson and Mike Jordan for RR's, Anay Patel, Phil Knappett and Yash Shah for Arkley, but the "man of the match" was RR's Pete Drury for his two wickets, two catches and an assist in a run out.

Well done Pete and congrats to all the other contenders.

Arkley's after-match comment - WAIT 'TIL NEXT YEAR!!!
