Another very successful, our seventh, Arkley Quiz Night.

49 members and guests enjoyed an entertaining evening, at Oakleigh Park Lawn Tennis Club, on Saturday. The evening's main event was the quiz, hosted by Jon Holland, assisted by wife Carole, which resulted in a fairly tight contest between the six teams, eventually won by the Anson and Chambers combination.

The fish and chips supper was eagerly consumed, as was the veggie option.

Two items were auctioned - flight tickets were eventually secured by Phil Knappett and Clive Townsend bid, and won, the Rory McIlroy signed picture. These purchases greatly help the club's funds and many thanks to Rakesh Patel for donating the items for the auction.

A raffle was also run during the evening - the winners choosing from a selection of items kindly donated by the members.

Thanks go to everyone who, by their attendance and contributions, made for a splendid evening of fun and friendly competition.
