The 2017 season has drawn to a close with our final game against RR's at Harlow Town on Sunday.

A wonderful afternoon (but not in a cricketing sense) in the sun and royally entertained by our hosts, to whom we offer our warmest thanks for their hospitality.

The season ended with seven wins, nine losses, one drawn and two abandoned. However, disappointingly, there were three weekends when we did not manage to get a game.

There were some good, and bad, performances through the season (see results and averages) but overall the club under-performed. The talent is there but the application seems to be missing - let us hope that 2018 will see the flowering of the team with correspondingly better results.
