Hopefully by now you should have had a letter through the post, similar to the attached, to invite you to a cricket tour to Barbados in late November this year.

If you didn't and are reading this, then apologies as we probably have the incorrect contact details for you ,(might be a good opportunity to help us update our records).

Please have a read and digest the idea - in principal to travel to Barbados for 1 week, stay all inclusive (based on 2 sharing) and play up to 3 games of cricket (depending on numbers). 

We appreciate it is a) a big cost and b) a chunk of time out of someone's annual leave however this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, so would ask you to carefully consider. This has been born out of conversations at various cricket games, to which some have shown interest, and we are now trying to get it off the ground.

Once you have made your decision, please could you help us and email back to me (Nick.Anson@BtInternet.com) or text on 07956 137574 so i can compile an accurate list of responses and saves any chasing. We will need to cancel any reserved seats on flights and hotel room bookings by 1st March 2017. We would appreciate an indication on you position within the next couple of weeks.
