Obviously the call of "PHIL !" was insufficient in the Sunday game against Pacific CC, at Alexandra Park, as both Phil Knappett and Phil Pennicott went for the same catch off Phil K's bowling.

This resulted in a fairly hefty impact between the two players, both ending up on the ground for a short period, and the catch also going to ground.

Despite this mini-disaster Arkley were still able to beat Pacific by 69 runs in a high-scoring game.
